Pizza in the evening and cakes for the rich breakfast which we bake ourselves, we buy some things here or there, such as the cheese that comes from Roccaverano or is purchased from small farmers from Cortemilia.

When things get tight, we go to the wholesale market in Aqui Terme. Milk and cream are available thanks to Parmalat always in sufficient quantity.
Our delicious coffee for espresso, cappuccino and Co. is "Portioli", which we get from the Vimax Cafe in Villar San Costanzo.

For grain (our spelt is ground there) or the production of hazelnut oil, we work closely with Biolanga from Pezzolo Valle Uzone. Our hazelnuts come from Marcisio nocciole or Benvenuto snc.
