We grow nearly all of the vegetables and fruit for our meals in the restaurant ourselves. Both, in our greenhouse and on our grounds tomatoes, eggplants, zucchinis, etc. thrive splendidly. With the special climate and because we don't use any chemical fertilizers and pesticides our products have the full natural flavor that our guests love.
In 2013, we started a garden project together with Bambino Tours. In this project our guest children were encouraged to take part together with their families - vegetables growing visibly: from the first digging until harvest.
